All 4 loaves from this last bake. Going through them like ice cubes on a hot Tarmac- when visitors come, it's sure nice to have good bread to accompany meals #sourdoughbread #sourdough #breadlife #pottersbaketoo. You know about the roses mary olive and the sundried tomato basil. The other two loves are combo of rye, while wheat and unbleached bread flour. Each is baked at 500 degrees for 40 minutes then 50 degrees for another 25-30 minutes. Sooo good.
