Breakfast for dinner. So many wonderful fresh veggies from our garden are ready tonight right off the vine. So… I made a fresh zucchini and Asiago creamed tart with garlic scape pesto on puffed pastry with a soft poached egg. Fresh little tomatoes and some mint on the tart and the thinnest slickest if zucchini (or was it summer squash). Well, it's green and delicious. Fresh snap peas and green beans and weeny weeny teensy tiny carrots that needed to get thinned out so others can grow larger. Top it off with fresh leaf lettuce, some fennel greens and some more mint, add some more diced Zuchinni and OMG. WHAT A BOUNTY. gratitude for my veggie garden. Going to make this meal for our guests tomorrow morning for breakfast
