I so love. This bowl started as a 25 lb lump of clay. Cone up and down. Centre. Open. Compress the bottom. Pull up the walls shape the walls. Slow down the wheel because centrifugal force want a to slam that bowl to the walls of my studio. Compress the rim. Remove it from the whee fornpartial drying until leather hard or hard cheese dryness. Get somebody to help turn that baby upside down onto another bat for trimming.
