Okay. I am a little #breadobsessed Here they are out of the oven now. Feeling a bit dense bit looking pretty delish. The flour was not light and airy all purpose, but 800 gm organic red fife and 300 gm organic rye so i am expecting a heavier loaf. Listen to me… like i know what the heck I am talking about. Note that these are drying with air circulation under the loaves. If I put them on a bread board to cool, they'd be moist under and have a soggy crust. #breadlove #homebaking #organicfood #wildyeast #pottersbaketoo
