#sourdoughbread great #ovenspring. They start off at 500 degrees F with lid on for 30 min then another 20-30 min unlidded at 450 deg F. Ill be interested to see how these come out. The flourbis differemt than mu first batch and also I added rye to my starter. The dough looked different at all stages – bit wetter, which makes sense since i added more levain and water to the batch.
