Cancellation / Refunds / Broken Items in Shipping Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is based only upon breakage during shipment.. If 5 days have passed since your delivery was received, , we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, your item must have broken during shipment You must provide images of the items, the box it came in and the packing materials as best you can.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Each purchaser is handled on an individual basis. Once your return is inspected, we will send you an email or contact via voice or DM, to notify you that we have received your request for refund or exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take 14-21 days before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a similar item, send us an email. We will discuss it.
Cancelled Orders prior to shipment. 12-20% restocking fee may be applied
If you have placed an order and it is on hold, it is at our discretion if there is a restocking fee. If your order has been packed up and waiting for your payment and you have decided after the fact, to cancel some or part of your order there will be a restocking fee of up to 20% of the value of the items ordered. If you have received previous pottery orders from us, you will know that a great deal of time and care and materials goes into packing each piece individually. Please understand that this is in no way meant to penalize you from halting or changing your order, however, the time involved in restocking required cannot be replaced.It can involve the initial creation of a reserved order for you on the website, wrapping and fitting of your order into the appropriate box, unwrapping one or several items you have chosen to remove from your order, re wrapping only items you still wish, and or restocking and itemizing pieces no longer wanted on the website, often rephotographing items if they were in a grouping that is no longer required etc. etc. etc. This all takes time especially from a small business and the time cannot be replaced.
