Consent Statement for Soul Fuel Society

By joining Soul Fuel Society and participating in Zoom or Google Meet sessions, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Visibility of My Information: I understand that my real name and email address may be visible to other members during the session.
• Opt-In for Video Participation: I understand that my video feed may be visible to others during meetings. I agree to be shown on video. If I choose not to be displayed, I will disable my video button.
• Recording and Privacy: I acknowledge that sessions may be recorded and available to members, and I consent to be in the recording.  If I choose not to be in the recording, I will mute my microphone and or video during the sessions and listen only.
• Confidentiality: I agree to respect the privacy of all participants and will not share any information shared during meetings, or on the hUB PAGE OR IN CORRESPONDENCE including any personal information of any other member outside the group.
• Safety and Respect: I agree to behave in a respectful and non-judgmental manner toward all members.
• Technical Support: I acknowledge technical issues may occur.
